Opis Rzadka mieszanka francuskich i włoskich odmian gron. Każde z nich leżakowało osobno we francuskim dębie przed zmieszaniem. Główne grona to Sangiovese i Pinot Noir (oba po 35 procent), ale wino sukces zawdzięcza umiejętnemu dodaniu małych ilości gron Nebbiolo, Mouvedre i Barbera. Skoncentrowane, ciemne i owocowe z wielką obietnicą dla tych, którzy chcą poczekać.

Opis Szczep: Pinot Noir. * Jeden z najlepszych ostatnio roczników w Hemel-en-Aarde (Peter porównuje go do wspaniałych burgundów z 2002 roku). Galpin Peak z rocznika 2006 jest smakowicie harmonijny z soczystymi owocami truskawki i perfumowanymi taninami. Dobre do picia już teraz, ale z czasem nabierze jeszcze większej złożoności.
